Gallery Talk – Thoughts of Home

Gallery talk after illustrations from the book “A Story of an Old Apartment” by artist and illustrator Anya Desnitskaya, who immigrated to Israel from Russia in the wake of the war in Ukraine. In this talk, we seek to address questions of collective memory, private and public space, wandering, pain and family.
