Through the Window Glass

In the windows of the old library, the images seem to look outward yet reveal a journey inward, into the depths of dreaming. Works by Jerusalem-based illustrators examine the tension between window and mirror, between what appears before us and what reflects us back to ourselves. Transparent or reflective, the glass becomes a passage between the real and the imagined. Through line, color and light, the illustration itself becomes both window and dream, offering an unusual view into what peeks through on the other side of the glass.
